TheIndiaBazaar.com is a local Indian marketplace which means you can only purchase from local sellers within a country - India or USA. You can either shop with sellers in India or with sellers in USA during one checkout process. In case you live in India and want to send a gift to someone in USA, you can purchase from sellers in USA and vice versa.
Payment Options
TheIndiaBazaar.com allows you to pay for your order using any of the following payment options -
When purchasing from sellers in USA - Payments can be made online by
  using Authorize.Net secured payment gateway,       or check/money order. You can also place your order online and pay by phone by calling (516) 312-6880.
When purchasing from sellers in India - Payments can be made online by
using EBS.in secured payment gateway or check/money order.
All online transactions are completely secure using 128-bit SSL encryption.
Please Note: In case of credit card payments, the charge will appear as Acro International Inc. on your statement.
Special Offers
TheIndiaBazaar.com provides tools to sellers to provide periodic SALE & Promotions and other special offers. All special offers are offered by individual sellers and NOT by TheIndiaBazaar.com.
Example - In case there is a special offer of 10% OFF on a purchase of $75.00 by a seller in USA or 10% OFF on purchase of Rs. 500.00 by a seller in India, the offer is only valid if you spend that amount with the individual seller and NOT across all sellers at TheIndiaBazaar.com.

Shipping Policy

Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact the seller directly. If your order has not been shipped, the seller should be able to cancel your order without a problem. If your order has already been shipped, the seller may ask you to return the items when you receive them. There may be a re-stocking fee or other charges depending on the seller. Out of Stock Items
Sellers work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but now and then the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. If a seller is unable to deliver, they should refund you promptly so that you can place a new order. Please know that while an occasional stock-out is bound to happen, we do require sellers to keep these to a minimum. If we find a seller's out-of-stock sales becomes problematic, we will take appropriate action.
